Introducing Serenity Luxury Villas, a new development of 27 exclusive villas in the prestigious area of Costa Adeje, southern Tenerife. These modern and comfortable white villas have been built using the highest quality materials and finishes. They offer spacious interiors, infinity pools and magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera.

We have created this project to satisfy the most demanding clients. The villas have some differences in layout, but each of them includes a main floor, a basement and a cellar. The total living area of each villa is about 300 square meters, and the plot occupies about 500 square meters.
