This means that the owner will be able to receive an additional income of 900 thousand euros.

This estate is for sale for 17 million euros and has great tourist potential. It has 18 bedrooms that can be used to accommodate guests, which will certainly not be lacking. If you are willing, you can find unique real estate properties, including historical monuments, at a fairly affordable price. Recently, a three-story residential house in Segovia, which is a reconstructed building of a 16th-century monastery, was put up for sale for 1.2 million euros.
