Given this trend, many property owners in Spain are already making certain changes to the interior of their rented houses and apartments, as well as to the organization of tourists’ stay.
The most popular accommodation options for this group are houses located away from cities in nature. For example, on the territory of a national park, in a forest or by a lake. Sometimes they stay in cities, preferring cozy apartments with kindergartens. Ecotourists welcome the use of natural materials in the interior that can be recycled, they like to stay in houses equipped with alternative energy sources.
